Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Plumbing Foreman (Journeyman License) to join one of our top mechanical contracting clients at Insight Global. This role is onsite 5 days a week, has the opportunity for overtime, and compensates between $35-40/hour depending largely on years of experience.

Job Description:

This role involves collaborating with the General Contractor and Superintendent to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Daily responsibilities will include reviewing blueprints and specifications, scheduling tasks, supervising complex plumbing installations, and ensuring quality and timelines while using hand and power tools. This person will be training team members, accurately completing reports, and overseeing daily construction activities, including the planning and installation of plumbing and medical gas systems in compliance with all relevant standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Certified Journeyman Plumber
• 3+ years of Commercial Foreman experience
• At least 2 years of commercial plumbing experience (underground, over-head rough setting fixtures, water supply and drainage, gas, piping, and other plumbing systems)
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Ability to lead and delegate tasks
• Ability to read blue prints, labels, safety warnings, and guidelines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Ability to travel between projects
