Title: Junior Network Cisco Engineer Location: Mid-Atlantic Region, Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm Description:

• This role involves configuring and managing network infrastructure across multiple distributed sites.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable and secure network connectivity across locations.
• You will work hands-on with hardware and network systems, applying your technical knowledge in routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills:

• Experience configuring and managing network hardware in multi-site environments
• Proficiency with command-line tools and a solid understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP)
• Familiarity with general network monitoring tools
• Recognized network certification (e.g., Associate-level)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with a wide range of users and leadership

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to modern wireless networking technologies
• Familiarity with alternative networking vendors and software-defined wide-area networks
• Understanding of network security appliances
