Client Experience Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Client Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every client interaction is smooth, positive, and impactful. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and enhance their overall experience with our services. Your goal is to build lasting relationships and create memorable experiences that keep our clients satisfied and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

  • Address client inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide proactive support to ensure clients are satisfied throughout their journey

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and optimize their experience

  • Monitor client satisfaction and continuously look for ways to improve the experience

  • Maintain detailed client records and document interactions in CRM systems

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide follow-up support as needed

  • Work to meet or exceed client retention and satisfaction goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, client experience, or account management

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build rapport and create a positive impact in client interactions

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred

  • Life & Health Insurance License is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
