License Required: Life Insurance License (or willing to obtain)

• Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone or Zoom
• Help clients understand their options and choose the best policy
• Follow a proven sales process using our training and tools
• Set and hit personal production goals
• Deliver excellent service and follow up with clients
• Stay coachable and plugged into weekly training

What You Need:

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivation and discipline to work from home
• A willingness to learn and apply feedback
• Ability to get a life insurance license quickly if you don't already have one
• A quiet, professional workspace and internet access
