Job Title: IT Project Manager (VP)

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent FTE

Role Overview:

As part of the Liquidity Integration & Transformation team within Data Engineering group, this role is responsible for leading design, development, and optimization of data infrastructure supporting liquidity risk, regulatory reporting (e.g., FR2052a), financial forecasting, and related transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data integration, pipeline development, data lineage, and quality remediation initiatives.
• Deliver scalable data solutions aligned with regulatory and risk requirements (COs, MRAs)
• Support program/project execution including documentation (BRDs, FRDs, test cases)
• Provide hands-on data analysis using SQL/Python and optimize technology performance.
• Collaborate across business, tech, and compliance stakeholders.
• Develop metadata-driven frameworks and real-time processing for regulatory data.
• Guide strategic direction through architecture, modeling, and leadership contributions and support delivery of critical, complex data projects.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills : SQL, Python, Oracle, Hive, Impala, Kafka, Cloud (any major provider), MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence
• Domain Knowledge : Liquidity risk, capital markets (equities, derivatives, fixed income), wholesale banking, treasury, regulatory reporting
• Other : Strong communication, project management, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery
