About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst, Data & Marketing Analytics to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving our business intelligence initiatives by developing and maintaining our Predictive Analytics capabilities, Media Model data review and conducting advanced statistical analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data wrangling, advanced statistical analysis, Media Mix Modelling and proficient use of visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre & Post Model data review for our Media Attribution models and Experimentations (RCT) including validating results, support on spend application and establishing an automated way to QC results quickly and efficiently.
  • Running and maintaining our suite of Predictive Analytics deliverables and capabilities for more streamlined and automated forecasting and media simulation work.
  • Develop and Maintain Dashboards: Create and maintain Domo dashboards and other data visualization tools to support business intelligence initiatives, ensuring they are interactive and insightful.
  • Data Wrangling: Perform data wrangling using SQL to prepare datasets for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Advanced Visualization and Automation: Utilize Python and JavaScript for advanced data visualization and automation tasks, enhancing the efficiency of data processes.
  • Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analyses using R, Python, or SAS to quality check datasets and model outputs, ensuring the integrity of data insights.
  • Project Management: Manage media modeling projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and business acumen to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data analysts to interpret media data and identify key metrics for optimization, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the digital media landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with advanced statistical analyses using R, Python, or SAS.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute projects effectively.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with experience working with external agencies, modeling teams, and publisher partnerships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
