• Set up and operate single and multi-head screen printing machines according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Inspect printed material for defects (e.g., color variations, misregistration, blemishes).
• Conduct in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments to maintain print quality.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork, including production records and quality reports.
• Collaborate effectively with other operators, supervisors, and support departments (e.g., R&D, Color Match, Quality Control, Finishing).
• Other duties as required.

Skills and Abilities

• Communication: Collaborate clearly with operators, helpers, and team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Technical skills: Possess basic computer skills to operate production related software and maintain digital records.
• Quality control: Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to distinguish colors precisely to conduct thorough quality inspections.
• Safety compliance: Demonstrate a commitment to safety by adhering to OSHA standards.
• Physical abilities: Meet the physical demands of the role, including static pull strength of 84 lbs., push 60 lbs., lift 50 lbs.
• Mobility: Climb steps frequently and maintain sustained focus for an extended period.

Experience and Education

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic and intermediate math skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP/Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Previous roll to roll screen printing experience is a plus
• Prepress experience is a plus
• Experience working in “clean room” environments is a plus
