🚧 We’re Hiring: Safety Coordinator (Growth to Safety Manager) – Grand Rapids, MI & Cleveland, OH 🚧

We have an exciting opportunity for two Safety Coordinators who are ready to make an impact and grow into Safety Manager roles !

📍 Locations :

• Grand Rapids, MI
• Cleveland, OH

💼 Base Salary : $65,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement safe work practices for construction projects.
• Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance.
• Promote safe work environments in line with OSHA & regulatory standards.
• Lead safety orientations, meetings, site audits, and drug screenings.
• Manage safety documentation including PTPs, JHAs, training records, and more.
• Coordinate with authorities to ensure full compliance.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• 2+ years of construction safety experience.
• Preferred certifications: CSP, OSHA Safety, OHST, CSST.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
