Now, we're looking for three motivated Process Operator Lead Hands to step up and help guide our production team. If you're driven, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Shifts:

Morning Shift Team: Mon to Thurs 7:00am-7:30pm

Night Shift Team: Mon to Thurs 7:00pm to 7:30am

Morning Shift Team: Thurs to Sunday 7:00am to 7:30pm

• Thursdays: 6 hours shifts*
• Total of 42 hours per week*

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of process operators during daily production runs
• Operate, monitor, and adjust beverage processing and packaging equipment
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are consistently met
• Act as a liaison between operators and supervisors for clear communication and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate production records, downtime logs, and quality check documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of leadership or Lead Hand experience – You know how to guide a team and keep things running smoothly
• Background in food or beverage processing – Experience in manufacturing is a definite asset
• Solid understanding of processing equipment – Plus a strong grasp of quality and safety standards
• Top-notch communication & organizational skills – You keep the team informed and on track
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment – You stay cool under pressure and focused on results
• Experience with ABV (alcohol by volume) – A bonus if you've worked with alcoholic beverage processing
