What You Will Do: -
Drive People programs: Design and execute engagement survey.
- Design and execute performance cycle.
- Brainstorm how to incentivize and reward productivity gains via AI.
- Run day-to-day operations.
- Address employee HR questions with empathy and care.
- Own seamless onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Continuously improve People processes & policies to maximize compliance, operational efficiency, and cost efficiency.

Role-specific: - 3+ years of experience in people operations or business-strategy roles (management consulting, operations at a startup, etc.).
- Critical thinking: Asks the right questions to get to root cause, thrives in evolving and ambiguous environment, pattern matches and can drive differentiated insights, curious and experimental in finding solutions, comfortable being scrappy and getting to an MVP.
- People value alignment: Has value alignment on working in a high-performance culture, high level of transparency, fairness vs. pragmatism, can take a pragmatic and effective approach to priorities, impact driven, demonstrated interest in crypto & fintech.
- People fundamentals: Leads with trust & empathy when interfacing with employees, understands HR topics (benefits, record management/systems, leaves of absence, and payroll), has baseline data analytics skills (e.g., calculating engagement, attrition, turnover), administers systems with strong record-keeping, documentation, and punctuality.
- Hungry to learn & grow as a leader.
Benefits: Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $65/hr - $85/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
