Merchandising Systems Coordinator

About the Job

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Merchandising team as a Merchandise Systems Coordinator. This position will report to the Associate Manager, Business Intelligence, and will work cross functionally with merchandising, IT, analytics, and promotions teams, acting as a liaison between our field and store employees and our corporate merchandising team. They also have responsibilities for the upkeep of our allocation systems.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities:

• Merchandise liaison with Distribution Center & IT and subject matter experts in WMOS, TMS and Universe. Troubleshoot all issues. Maintain educational materials and conduct training sessions.
• Partner with company ticket and trims vendor to provide supplier feedback and product development needs.
• Partner with promotions coordinators and IT team to ensure promotional engine is working as expected. Own all enhancements and test all POS promotional changes before store POS manifest rollouts.
• Coordinate all merchandising special projects as needed.
• Responsible for maintenance of allocation systems

Skills/Abilities/Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Analyst experience strongly preferred
• Merchandising background a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required; strong ability in Microsoft Excel and database applications preferred
• Microstrategy reporting ability preferred
• Ability to dive into the details and keep systems in sync.
• Passion for process changes to drive efficiency!

Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis. Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. Hours regularly 40 hours per week.
