Journeyman Plumbing Foreman – Ground-Up Commercial Construction

📍 Dallas, TX | 💰 $38 – $45/hr (DOE)

Our client, a leading commercial plumbing contractor, is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumbing Foreman to lead crews on ground-up, new construction projects . This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on ground-up commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring code compliance and quality work.
• Manage job site schedules, materials, and workflow efficiency.
• Communicate with project managers, GC’s, and inspectors.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of commercial plumbing experience, including 2+ dealing with foreman duties.
• Active Journeyman Plumbing License (Texas).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprint reading, and new construction.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage job sites efficiently.
