Volunteer Opportunity: Grants & Fundraising Coordinator
Location: Remote / Lower Mainland, BC
Time Commitment: Flexible (Estimated 3–5 hours/week)
Compensation: Volunteer role with performance-based bonus potential and pathway to a paid position
The Play4Life Foundation is seeking a motivated and mission-aligned individual to join us as a Grants & Fundraising Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience (or passion) in nonprofit fundraising who wants to make a real impact in the lives of youth through sport and community development.

Play4Life delivers low-cost and fully funded sport programs to children who face financial and social barriers. We also invest in community sport infrastructure to ensure every child has access to play, movement, and opportunity. We’re a lean, mission-led organization that’s building from the ground up like a startup, using creativity, strategy, and heart to remove barriers and create real change. What You'll Do
* Research and identify grant and funding opportunities
* Prepare and submit grant applications with support from our team
* Track submissions and key deadlines
* Help develop donor communications and reporting materials
* Support partnership outreach for sponsorships and donations

* Strong writing or research skills; grant experience is a bonus
* Self-motivated and proactive—you’ll help lead this area of our work
* Comfortable working independently and flexibly
* Interest in nonprofits, social impact, or youth development
