We are seeking a part-time, on-site, highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team, where we’ll give you everything you need to learn, grow, and succeed. This integral role will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, and our doctors on-track, organized, and responsive.

What You’ll Do

• Increase efficiency and keep projects on task.
• Manage the calendar, including coordinating lecture deadlines, hospital schedules, and travel arrangements.
• Manage vendor relationships, including bookkeeping, and marketing.
• Manage communications, including phones and email inboxes, and act as a point of contact for important conversations.
• Handle various administrative tasks, including project management and problem resolution.

What You Bring

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: >1 experience in an Administrative Assistant role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding time management and organization skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
• Proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and a stickler for details!
