Staffing Now , a division of SNI Companies , has partnered with our client to recruit a full-time Event & Fundraising Coordinator. This role would assist in ensuring every aspect of the event runs seamlessly, creating a memorable experience for all attendees

Principal Duties:

• Assist with planning and organizing events from conception through completion.
• Oversee event setup, on-site operations, and teardown
• Handle post-event tasks such as attendee feedback, reporting, and billing
• Stay current on industry trends and suggest new ideas for memorable events
• Ensure all events comply with health, safety, legal, and insurance regulations
• Coordinator volunteers schedule and evaluate event performance.
• Assist with managing donor database ensuring accurate record-keeping contributions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team for campaign and event promotion.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
• Experience with Raiser's Edge, Salesforce or other software platforms used for fundraising.
• Proficiency with MS Office

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts is at $24.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities, including work experience.

Terms: Contract to hire

Work Location: Denver, CO (Monday-Thursday Onsite/ Friday - Remote)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm MST
