Entry-Level (L1) IT Support Technician (Hybrid – Nassau/Long Island, NY)
TechRunner IT is looking for an entry-level IT Support Technician who’s motivated to learn, good with people, and excited to grow with us.
What you’ll do:
Support desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, and networks for local businesses
Provide both remote and onsite support (every day is different)
Work directly with business owners, nonprofit organizations and generally great people (our clients)
Document and share your work so the whole team succeeds
Learn new skills and jump in wherever needed
What you’ll need:
Must live on Long Island (central Nassau preferred)
Reliable personal vehicle for client visits (mileage reimbursed)
A private, dedicated space for remote workdays
0–2 years of IT support experience (self-taught counts)
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people through technology
Desire to grow with a company, not just clock in and out
