This D2D Sales role is perfect for someone who enjoys direct customer interaction and has a passion for sales.

Location: Minneapolis, MN (This individual will need to be within 30 miles of Minneapolis)

Pay: $37.93/hour

Type: 2-3 month contract (converting to a permanent employee after that time period)

**Once you convert into a permanent employee you will be offered a base salary, commission, mileage, bonuses, expenses etc. **

This D2D Sales role is with our client who is a global communications and technology company. This is a great way to get your foot in the door with telecommunications. The Sales Representative will be either selling or upgrading customers' high speed internet. You will work from home (WFH) in the morning and spend about 4 to 6 hours out in the area you have been assigned. The homes/neighborhoods that you are assigned are current customers or have been previously contacted by inside sales team.

**For this particular role you will be selling high speed internet.**

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Potential Customers : Travel to designated neighborhoods and suburbs to identify and engage with potential customers.
• Present Products and Services : Persuasively present Lumen’s products and services, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Answer Questions : Address customer inquiries about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Negotiate Sales : Negotiate prices and sales terms with potential customers.
• Complete Transactions : Handle order forms and process cash or card transactions.
• Meet Sales Targets : Strive to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of sales, contacts, and deals.
• Team Collaboration : Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
• Adhere to Policies : Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulations at all times.

• Excellent Communicator : Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Persuasive and Persistent : Ability to persuade potential customers and handle rejections professionally.
• Sales Experience : Previous sales experience and knowledge of sales principles are a plus.
