Job Description
Tesla is looking for a dynamic Demand Generation Specialist to join our North America team in Palo Alto, CA. This role will focus on North America events and marketing operations and require meticulous planning, cross-functional communication, and execution of multiple consecutive industry conferences and regional events. This role will also facilitate various budgetary processes and fulfillment of global marketing-specific product allocations.
To succeed, the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be highly organized, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, they should have a passion for renewable energy and be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities - Lead the planning and execution of major events, ensuring they align with strategic business goals and lead generation targets
- Plan and support distributor events and Installer roadshows, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered from setup to tear down
- Coordinate and manage the global requests and shipments of PW3 marketing unit allocations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to support marketing initiatives
- Work with the Finance team for monthly reconciliation of the North America marketing budget, ensuring minimal variances and transparency
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in event management, marketing operations, or a similar role
- Proven experience in managing both large-scale and smaller, targeted events
- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in event planning software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities

Expected Compensation $80,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
