Description We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team in San Diego, CA. In this role, you'll be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems while ensuring efficient workflows and data quality. If you're a fast typist with exceptional attention to detail and love working behind the scenes to drive accuracy, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: + Accurately enter data into internal databases, spreadsheets, or systems while maintaining a high level of speed and precision + Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. + Update existing records and correct discrepancies efficiently. + Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all records are filed appropriately for easy access. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather missing information and resolve issues related to data integrity. + Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive company or client information. + Generate basic reports and summaries as needed by department or management. Requirements + Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role. + Proficiency in typing with excellent speed and accuracy. + Familiarity with office equipment, including scanners and photocopiers, as well as data entry software. + Competency in software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Suite + Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in a related field is a plus.
