World Golf Tour is seeking a Creative Director to join our team and lead the visual direction of our established online golf game, WGT. In this role, you will drive the creative process and direction, bringing your energy to shape the game’s overall look and feel to elevate the game experience. This is an opportunity to set a new standard for visual excellence in sports gaming and collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to delivering a best-in-class product.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design process to bring new life to the game
• Own the creative vision for the game to modernize it while also prioritizing player experience
• Bring the vision to life through consistency and strong communication with all teams
• Collaborate with leadership team on overall game direction
• Collaborate with marketing team on brand identity and vision
• Manage and grow creative team as needed

Experience and Skills

• Background in leading visual design or art direction with previously shipped titles, ideally in both the mobile and PC space
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• A discerning eye for typefaces and fonts
• Problem solving skills with ability to prioritize needs of our players
• Game development experience working on a live ops or multiplayer game team
• A passion for sports and familiarity with sports trends, sports games, and broadcast sports
• A degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
• Experience with rebranding projects
