Commercial Plumbing Superintendent

📍 Location: Charleston, SC

⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 or 5:00 PM (off-shift as required per job)

💰 Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience) + performance bonus opportunities

🚗 Benefits: Competitive salary, health benefits after 90 days, company vehicle provided

✈ Travel: Required to job sites

About the Role

We’re looking for a Commercial Plumbing Superintendent with 7+ years of experience to lead large-scale commercial plumbing projects. If you're a results-driven professional with a strong background in project management, cost estimation, and construction leadership, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Handle project estimating, cost control, and planning using Bluebeam and HeavyBid .
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction sites for safety compliance and quality control .
• Report directly to the Project Manager and oversee daily job site operations.
• Order materials and ensure efficient use of resources.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of plumbing estimating and project management experience (flexible based on skill level).
• Proven track record in commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing projects .
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, specifications, and blueprint reading .
• Proficiency in estimating project costs, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals .
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
